Machining, fabrication, finishing, assembly and engineering judgement work in one place, under one quality system, answerable to one name on the purchase order.
That model exists because our founding team spent over twenty-five years on the ordering side of engineering drawings — and kept a list of everything they would do differently. Critical parts split across vendors who never spoke; handovers that blurred accountability; tolerances that drifted between part one and part eight hundred. STRATOA is the answer to that list.

Our vision is an India where a demanding drawing never has to leave the country to be made right — and a floor in Hyderabad that proves it, one measured component at a time.
Every decision on our floor — which machine, which fixture, which inspection point — is made as if the component were going into our own aircraft, our own vehicle, our own plant.
Quality statement
Quality is a process property, not an inspection event.
A final inspection can only tell you a part failed. Our quality system is built so parts don't get the chance — checks are written into the routing at every stage, from goods-in to dispatch, under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system covering the full scope of our manufacturing.
Because our aerospace and defence customers hold us to more than the baseline, AS9100 certification for aerospace quality management is currently in progress, with the system already run to that discipline on the floor. Operating principles
Four rules we don't negotiate
The drawing is the contract
We build what the print says — and when the print is ambiguous or hard to manufacture, we say so before cutting metal, not after.
Measure, don't assume
Calibrated instruments, defined inspection points, recorded results. A part without measurement data is not a finished part.
Bad news travels fastest
If a schedule or a specification is at risk, the customer hears it from us first, with a recovery plan attached.
Repeatability is the product
Anyone can make one good part. Our job is making the thousandth part indistinguishable from the first.
Leadership
Engineers first, in every chair
STRATOA was founded by two engineers who carry more than twenty-five years of combined experience across design engineering, production management and quality systems in demanding sectors. That experience shapes the whole team: our machinists read GD&T, our welders work to qualified procedures, and our quality engineers have the authority to stop any job on the floor.
We keep the organisation deliberately flat. The engineer who quotes your part is never more than a few steps from the machine that makes it — which is why our answers are fast and our commitments hold.

Made in Hyderabad, measured everywhere
Our facility operates from Miyapur, Hyderabad — inside one of India's fastest-growing aerospace and defence manufacturing corridors, with established logistics reach to every major industrial hub in the country and export routes beyond it.
The location is deliberate: proximity to the engineering talent, supplier ecosystem and institutional customers that precision manufacturing depends on.
