Our CAD/CAM expertise gives us the flexibility to manufacture custom prototypes and components straight from any standard 3D design file — refining the engineering workflow at every stage and cutting out lengthy trial-and-error cycles.
The workflow
Your design file is the setup sheet
Send the model; our CAM software converts it into precision-engineered toolpaths and tooling. Because programming, simulation and verification happen before metal moves, the first article is a confirmation — not an experiment — and results stay dependable from the first part to the last.
We take this a step further by designing our own jigs, fixtures and specialised tooling in-house, all built to meet strict precision standards. Making full use of our design software, we also produce our own process drawings and documentation internally — so the knowledge behind your part stays on our floor, ready for the repeat order.
